Machine ID Change

When you purchase or upgrade an indicator with us, it includes a lifetime license for up to two machine IDs (non-simultaneous logins)  and two free machine ID changes. If you have made more than the given number of machine ID changes for your machine(s), please use this page for ordering the Machine ID change.

NinjaTrader can change your machine ID if you do a Bios update. It is highly recommended you make sure this is turned off in order to be sure you do not have outages or unnecessary machine ID changes.  These days we do not keep your NT8 installation files as they are kept in Ninjatrader. If you moving to another machine, the best way to do this is to use the Export Backup funtions in Ninjatrader and then restore that file to your new machine. It is always recommended that you keep backups of your installation.

For best service:

1. Be sure to include with your order (in the box provided at checkout), the old machine ID that is being replaced and the new one we are replacing it with, OR:
2. If you do not have a record of the old machine ID and you have more than the one machine, please include all your machine IDs and details (in the box provided at checkout) with your order for best service.

Machine ID changes are done on full market trading days.  We check submissions several times daily on full market trading days to help you with prompt updates. If you submit over the weekend, we try to prioritize to getting you back running again before the day session open or as close to it as possible.

*Note: If updating a machine ID and you have old legacy indicators, an upgrade can also be a better option because upgrades include two Machine ID changes.
