Smart Trade Entry Assist is a powerful, NinjaTrader chart trader upgrade for day traders that can markedly enhance your trade entry and management capabilities. It makes it possible to manage any kind of entry order in conjunction with resident NinjaTrader ATMs (automated trade management), to place it in advance of the trade with extreme speed. M.W.

It has many powerful features and capabilities… It has been a year in the making, with many well thought out features and refinements.

It can work powerfully on any bar type. This is especially relevant for bar types that can complete at any price. For example, If you use Smart Ultimate Tick Bars or Ultimate Order Flow Bars from IndicatorSmart.com (and other bar types) and place an order, it will track the bar to the close event and place the order lightning fast. This is a huge capability upgrade for traders who operate in fast moving conditions.

It is a Ninjatrader 8 Chart Trader upgrade that works in conjunction with your favorite ATMs (Automated Trade Management Strategies resident to Ninjatrader.

It adds the following functions to the Chart Trader panel…

Note the buttons CC (current Close), PC (Prior Close), and Last (Last Price). Beneath these buttons, you can set the order, by clicking Buy and Sell, which will initiate the order based on the CC / PC and Last buttons setting. For speed, you can toggle CC and PC by clicking a second time and it will change to the other.

The next section down enables you to set the order offset ticks. For example, If I set it to -1 and am doing a stop limit order, it will change the order upon being stopped to the limit offset. This is great for getting discounts. STEA is capable of Limit, Stop Limit, Stop, and MIT orders. You can then use the increase or decrease buttons to modify your order price level up or down and then also you can cancel or close it. This applies to pending orders or existing orders as well. All these capabilities combined enable you to place your trades in the future which also helps you to keep your trading focus where it belongs (and not fuddling around with a lot of [now] unnecessary key strokes to get your trade orders placed and managed. The implications of this should not be underestimated. Trading with STEA, there’s nothing like it. Traders report, “Once you do it, you will always want to use it.”

You can show or hide resident buttons to customize your chart trader
You can set the stop limit offset to prevent the potential for run away trade (misexecutions).
It can cancel your order automatically if desired if the bar closes with certain conditions.

It can replace working orders
It can do OCO or bracketed orders
